Terms & Conditions
This pass is valid for one vehicle only, with a limit of one wash per day. Only the vehicle listed on this application is eligible; use of any other vehicle will result in immediate cancellation of the Scrub Club membership with no refund. Purchases must be made with a credit or debit card—cash and gift cards are not accepted. Monthly and multi-month plans may not be combined with other offers. No partial or full refunds will be issued. Scrubby’s Car Wash may temporarily close due to inclement weather, holidays, or equipment issues. Memberships may be revoked for any violation of these terms without refund. Scrubby’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program or plans at any time. By signing, you authorize automatic billing to your credit or debit card. You may cancel at any time by calling 406-586-6541 or online at scrubbysmt.com.
